Patient Services Representative

Kimball & Beecher Family Dentistry is looking for a positive and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to help support scheduling and patient communication across our multi-location practice.

This is an important role on our team, as you are often the first voice patients hear and a key part of keeping our days running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Answer and manage inbound calls for all Kimball & Beecher locations
• Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
• Assist patients with billing and insurance questions
• Collect payments over the phone
• Review and send patient statements
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Help ensure every patient interaction is professional, helpful, and welcoming
